Emerging from the hazy undercurrent of Southern California's underground, The Noir Dalis craft a hypnotic blend of shoegaze, post-punk, and neo-psychedelia—where shimmering textures collide with a dark, cinematic pulse. Originally conceived as a solo project by Carlos Bojorquez in 2018, the band has since evolved into a fully realized sonic collective.
